How do I cancel my ScriptCue subscription?
Open the customer portal and sign in using the email address you used at checkout. Select your ScriptCue subscription, then choose Cancel.
You will not be charged again. Your licence remains active until the end of your current paid billing period.

No. Cancelling stops future renewals; it does not automatically refund the billing period you have already paid for.

Where do I download ScriptCue?
Click Download ScriptCue in your Lemon Squeezy receipt. It opens our download page, where you can download the Windows installer.
You can also return to the ScriptCue download page directly.
Where is my licence key?
Your licence key is in the Lemon Squeezy receipt sent to the email address you used at checkout. Paste that key into ScriptCue when the app asks you to activate.
If the receipt has not arrived after a few minutes, check your spam or junk folder. You can also retrieve your order through the customer portal.
Can I move my licence to another computer?
Yes. Your licence can be active on one computer at a time. In ScriptCue, open the app settings and deactivate the licence on your current computer. You can then use the same key to activate ScriptCue on your new computer.

Which devices does ScriptCue support?
ScriptCue 1.0 is a Windows desktop app. It is not currently available for macOS, Linux, iOS, Android, Chromebook or as a web app.
Does ScriptCue upload or read my scripts?
No. The content you enter stays on your computer and is not transmitted to ScriptCue or any third party. The app connects to the internet only for licence activation, periodic licence validation, deactivation and update checks.
